Below are some frequently asked questions

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked by either clicking on the ‘Book’ button on our website that will take you directly to our booking platform where you can check available appointments.
If however, the dates and times available are not suitable please contact Sarah Eve Aesthetics by using the contact form available on the website or by direct email.
You can also message us directly over Instagram or Facebook.

Can I change my appointment?

Appointments can be changed if you give at least 48 hours notice, failure to give at least 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Changing an appointment can be done directly on our booking platform the link to change your appointment is available on the email sent to you at the time of your original booking and can be made by clicking the ‘manage this reservation’ link.

If you cannot see a suitable date and time please contact Sarah Eve Aesthetics directly and we will do all we can to accommodate your preference. 

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes you can cancel your appointment but in line with our cancellation policy you must give at least 48 hours notice or you will lose your original deposit. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay for your treatment in a variety of ways:

  • Debit/credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash

Is your clinic registered?

Yes our clinic and our services are registered and regulated by Healthcare Improvement Scotland.  As a medic this is something that Sarah Eve Aesthetics must adhere too.

Sarah Eve Aesthetics maintains strict professional standards ensuring the clinic runs to high standards with policies and procedures in place to safeguard clients.

The clinic will be independently audited and regulated with announced and unannounced regular inspection visits. Results will be publicly reported for transparency and accountability for anybody to see.
